Strategic development and operational implementation of strategies Gerrit is a qualified South African Chartered Accountant, CA(SA). After starting his career with KPMG in South Africa, he joined an international manufacturing and retail group in Europe. He has more than 20 years experience in group finance, supply chain, manufacturing and retail, of which in excess of 15 years in senior management positions, including CFO and CEO positions. Gerrit focusses on strategic development, and operational implementation of the agreed strategies. Value creation is a main driver and motivator, with a proven track record of significant stakeholder value being created in the DACH region as well as Eastern Europe. He finds creative solutions in difficult contract negotiations and ensures start-ups can meet on equal footing with big suppliers and customers.
Thomas Gigl EXPERT E-COMMERCE & ONLINE MARKETING MMag. Thomas Gigl acquired his skills in e-commerce & online marketing as the founder and CEO of the e-commerce organic herbs & spices start-up ehrenwort. Genussmomente. After graduating in international marketing from the WU Vienna and law from the University of Vienna Thomas joined Coca-Cola Hellenic and later Henkel to gather years of experience across different areas of the FMCG industry. After that, he deepened his online marketing skills by taking over the online department of the renowned weather data provider UBIMET. In parallel, he founded his herbs & spices start-up ehrenwort. Genussmomente in 2017 which is well established in the Austrian market. In 2019 he founded the digital agency Brandpiloten to share his knowledge and support other start-ups in setting up and scaling their e-commerce business.

Martina Steinberger-Voracek has worked for more than 25 years in global C-Level Roles in FMCG, discovering new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies to capture growth potentials,

Martina has graduated in Business Administration at Karl Franzens Universität in Graz and gainend broad experience in Marketing and Key Account Management positions.
In her role as VP Regional Sales CEE and afterwards, as Corporate VP Global Sales she lead Henkel for many years.
